What got you here won't get you there...
To change what you are experiencing, you have to change what you are doing
All the things you have thought and done bring you to this moment.
The kinds of results that you are getting now are due to the way you are doing things.
What is going well for you?
What are your successful styles?
In other words, what is bringing you the results that you want?
On the other hand, what is not working so well?
Or rather, what is bringing the kinds of results that are less desirable?
Wherever you are on the path, the path continues.
Often there will be forks and junctions that are the decisions to be made: shall I go this way or that?
What you have been doing and how you have been doing it has brought you to where you are now.
To get to the next place, you will need something different.
There always comes a time when something needs to change in order to keep moving forward towards your picture of success.
What needs to change right now so that you keep moving forward?
This can be discovered in a caring coaching conversation before looking at the many ways of putting it into action.
